Thursday is a day for sweet deals.
It’s Krispy Kreme Doughnuts’ annual “Day of the Dozens,” a play on the date 12/12.
With the purchase of any dozen doughnuts including treats in the holiday collection, get a dozen of the chain’s Original Glazed Doughnuts for $1.
There’s a limit of two deals per customer and the offer is valid at participating locations across the nation. A list of locations is posted at www.krispykreme.com/dayofthedozens.
This year’s holiday doughnuts include: “Reindeer Doughnut” with pretzel antlers, the “Santa Belly Doughnut,” a Chocolate Kreme filled doughnut and the “Present Doughnut,” a decorated glazed doughnut, filled with Original Kreme.
According to NationalDayCalendar.com, which doesn’t recognize Day of the Dozens as one of Thursday’s made-up holidays, Dec. 12 is National Ambrosia Day, National Ding-a-Ling Day, Gingerbread House Day and Poinsettia Day.
Starbucks Happy Hour promotion returns Thursday with buy-one-get-one free drinks from 2 to 7 p.m. local time for Starbucks Rewards members.
DoorDash ‘Dashin’ Through The Deals’
DoorDash kicks off a week of deals Thursday with its “Dashin’ Through The Deals” promotion. Through Dec. 20, the on-demand service says it will offer 20,000 deals from 7,000 across the country.
